This very illegal (in certain areas) vacation spot is popular for the elite and wealthy as it's basically a very private wish fulfillment.Rak goes on to say this experience basically is his wish come true. Finally an escape for him to do what he wants.
What's he escaping from, besides possible debtors? Guess Timbo's not the only one wish secrets. ;D
