🕑 Added 2024-05-10 17:00:10 +0000 UTCTo start off I was kinda in debt with the last major feature that got left unfinished which is dragging handcuffed players away, this finally got fully implemented (tho I can see it having random edge cases still):
Its a bit different from dragging mobs since players and mobs work differently but I've tried to replicate it as closely as possible. Its still a bit different from the vanilla one in the sense that it doesn't have the same freedom, for example you cannot put this leash on a fence, its strictly for dragging the enemy (or keeping them from running away like a dog).
The carrying feature as a whole got a lot of improvements and edge case fixing, most notable you can now place them in boats to transport, with a custom animation for unconscious humans on the boat too:
Honestly the amount of random fixes I had to do for this feature alone makes it less worth adding...and it probably still has some random edge case moments regarding carrying mountable entities like horses that I haven't found yet...overall it works and doesn't crash so thats a W.
One of the final major changes that was done was to revise how water and devil fruit users interact, considering the whole new carrying out of water system is finally implemented I figured its a nice moment for this too.
To put it simply your size will now affect how deep in water you can go before getting abilities deactivated, and this happens in 2 stages, first when you get your abilities disabled and second when you start getting the movement buffs that basically turn you into an anvil. Overall this won't affect how deep in water you can go as a regular player, it will however make it impossible to use abilities while in 1 block deep water blocks and it'll make use big zoans a bit nicer as they won't get disabled the second you're in a 1 block need water...or yknow...it makes playing small characters a complete pain as 1 block deep water is gonna kill ya...ya win some ya lose some (could this possibly be foreshadowing? who knows...spoilers I know)
