Well, at the beginning of the game, she did got introduced as someone who loves "Murder Mysteries". She... 1.) Might want to get to the bottom of it (either only by interest or she's related to Abigail). 2.) Just in it for fun (i can see her doing it just for amusement). 3.) If you're on Danielle's route, maybe she wants to gather more info for the player-- as Alex is our best friend, she might think he's dangerous. 4.) If you didn't go to her route, she might use Alex to get back at the player. 5.) She might want a similar plan for the future and use Alex somehow. (idk she doesn't seem to like Lea from what I cal tell.) 6.) Or she's just a sympathetic b̶e̶s̶t̶ girl and just wants to help This is all I got for now as we're lacking more progress XD. I like the 1st one though.

Jacklyn is great, but I really hope the protagonist gets to properly play with Lea, just like he did with Daniel.
