Thanks for the chapter! If Harwin survives and she ends the feud she’ll have most of the riverlands on her side. If the canal project goes through she’ll at least divide the reach, play Borros better to get him and onside and the army side of the dance will be pretty settled. I imagine Otto will turn to assassination attempts at that point of outright war seems less feasible.
