Weekly News - Green Love!
🕑 Added 2024-04-01 20:51:03 +0000 UTCHey guys!
News coming... As everyone knows from the last poll, people wanted to see Rasha and Renee in Skystone. They are our sweet girlfriends, and mothers of our children, so they should be with us. Each of them has different personalities and challenges, but I've always heard that "love knows no barriers."
The news of the week, yes, an April Fool's Day... But anyway... It might be a little weird. However, I have no lies about the game's development. So here goes... We'll have Rasha heading to Skystone in 0.3.15!
Yes, taking our sweet Orc girl and her children to the castle will make everything much more lively, and allow us to protect our sweetness as she deserves. Well, her and our kids... And accompanied by a considerable expansion too.
I planned a nice list of things, I know that people prefer to know the news through organized lists, and that helps a programmer's mind too. So, let's see... To-do list to v0.3.15!
Version 0.3.15 Roadmap

Introduction to Skystone portal with Gwen and Evelyn
Friendly event with Gael, take him for a beer in Ardass and some variations of dialogue
Keep implementing the tips of SilverMaxy for skills and the skilltree
New womb set for Leporyn/Leporan females
Lactation event for Lisbeth and Renee threesome
Put the entire game within the new text-boxes
New ways to gain experience, exp rewards for missions, and adjustments in this field to encourage leveling
Basically, a nice job for a consistent release... Maybe there will be a few more events here and there, but I don't want to overextend this build as our latest one. Mixing a threesome in the middle of an already robust update makes everything too massive...
I have about half the content ready. Yes, as usual, I decided to advance the work during the week before the weekly devlog to show something concrete in my post. I hate empty posts with just pure promises but no real work.
But yes, I want to add some new content for Gael, build a friendship with our captain, and new dialog boxes for our game. Exactly what you read... I asked our players on our Discord about this, and everyone seemed receptive. And after some testing I realized that I can implement this gradually, in a suitable time... Thanks to regexes! Here's a small sample of what I'm talking about...
Yes, this requires a reorganization of the game's writing, but it's an improvement that seems worth it. If you guys have thoughts on this, let me know, please.
And too, I feel like I need to start preparing the maps and content for the next story mission. We still need to start populating Ravenna with content, yes. But I want the code base/sketches for when we go to the next kindgom to be ready to receive content when that happens. We'll have a lot going on there...
Ohh also, I'm doing some work at Skystone with events with our soldiers and everything. I decided to give them artwork... Yes! Our soldiers need more life, and nothing better than art and colors for that.
The last thing is the issue of leveling. People have suggested ways to tweak combat and encourage greater exp gain, and I'll add some merits of that. But these are minor adjustments, but they should have an effective impact on gameplay.
The game is becoming more different, guys. And more beautiful... And full of content. That's what I like to see... Our little world needs to get bigger and better, more full of life. This is what I set out to do when I started this project, and what I have done my best to do.
Btw, I hope you had a happy Easter, guys! Uhhh, unfortunately I couldn't manage a special artwork for Easter... I need to plan better for that. We've been hit with a wave of emergency work, Anshiin is leaving on a trip next weekend.
But anyway, I want to thank all the support you gave us, that's what keeps our project going and I always like to emphasize that. Thank you thank you very much.
Now, I need to finish the post and finish the bathing events with Rasha. After that, most of the work is finished. But the week will still be full of additions and other important polishes to the game, so you will have news next week. And some more art peeks too... I like to tease your eyes. xP
I wish you all a safe and enjoyable week, guys. Seriously, take care! o/
