This one also had blue flames, i think maybe it is just hard to see because the tube is so short. Mine is more like a flash of blue.

Not really, but i could have. It probably would increase the yield by a couple %. In the end though, I didnt really care what the yield was because i wasnt doing synthesis or anything. I probably lost more just doing the flushing steps.
