Merging Discord Servers
🕑 Added 2023-01-06 22:29:50 +0000 UTCHey everyone, a major goal of mine this year is interact more with you guys here on Patreon, and to be more present in general. To do this, one idea that I have is to merge the Patreon and public discord servers. So instead of an entirely separate server, there will instead be exclusive Patreon channels on the Public server.
I've always liked the idea of completely separate private and public servers, but it makes things more complicated and harder to keep track of, and so far, it's one reason why I'm not really present on either. With everything in one place though, it would be a lot easier to keep tabs on.

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. What's a 'discord' server? How do running your own server ('private') or a public one differ?

Go for it, I know that I struggled running three discord servers simultaneously, so I had to merge two servers out of the three, and it makes life a lot easier
