What kind of silicone? Room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone usually evolves acetic acid as it cures, hopefully the fumes don't damage the sword!

More of a dagger really. :) Be very careful removing the top mold. Have someone help, I think you will need more than 2 hands for this.
If you get it out of the mold without messing it up does that make you king
