I heard they switched from a US bank to a UK bank for processing-- no doubt to get a better deal on their back end
Something else involved with the change... while my transaction went through it looks like I was charged a foreign transaction fee in addition to the base charge....

Many thanks for your continued support. My understanding was that they changed banks (from US to UK). In any case, it was a disgrace-- the impact has been huge.
The issue was patron had a high fraud risk, according to my bank. I got it fixed and retried my card. It's working for me now, but people may need to talk to their banks.
