Next stage for MYT
🕑 Added 2018-01-22 20:20:52 +0000 UTC So here's where we are at:1.) We had to remove the vids. They were just making the game too unwieldy in terms of design & publishing. There are still a few and I may add some back in but I'm going w/story telling over multimedia on this one.
2.) Seph has knocked a Master File together for Early Testing. I'm adding Blythe in and will test myself. I'd look to cascade w/Patrons beginning w/Dirs+ later this week.
3.) I'm working on the Bell Sisters which will be added in a subsequent release. The overview is: Julia is a driven Ad Agency exec. Dale is her younger half sister, with Aspergers and high functioning autism. She's bright but challenged. There will be a mini-game focusing on clients and in-house corporate shenanigans. So lots of things going on in this one. It is about 1/3rd complete and I'll post screen shots.
4.) I also be adding in minor residents that will have much shorter paths. You'll get those in subsequent Early Test versions.
5.) There will also be an additional game track relating to Medusa. Le_Wang has written a great launch for it and it will represent an alternative path for Players (a 'good guy w/conscience' track)
This is the most involved game to date and when it is all packaged up, should represent loads of gameplay.

I'm sure executing #1 was a hard pill to swallow, but it's really the right choice. Perhaps the biggest gripe I've had with not just MYT, but all Selectacorp games, is performance, and this should definitely improve that. Keep up the good work.
