Depends what you're looking for. SE has one bonus scene per episode, and that scene is not connected to main game. So you won't miss anything in the main game if you miss the bonus scenes. It's just more lewd content. It started with episode 8 so there is a lot of bonus scenes included. But SE is only for 25+ tiers.
