The drama is so good. It’s about Life, especially women’s life through out the generations. It shows various but strong women with realistic hardship due to patriarchy and misogyny deeply entrenched in society and history. Plus it delves deeply into the relationship between mother and daughter. (Men can also enjoy easily because it’s about life and family.) It’s so special because the drama focused on female narrative deeply that hard to see often. Fun fact!! IU wrote “Shh..” after she got inspired by this drama. The song is about female solidarity throughout the generation like mother-daughter, friendship and role model. (with featuring singers from different generations😉) I recommend you to listen to the song with lyrics again after you finish wlgyt.
