Another incredibly powerful stand ability - once its effects kick in, it only takes seconds for a person to become a near-defenseless grandpa/granny. Our boys only stand a chance now because they got very lucky to have a fridge with cold drinks. If Stardust Crusaders were on the train and they were Prosciutto's target, they'd all be dead. The Morioh gang might stand a chance because of Josuke - maybe his stand could reverse the aging somehow. Also - Abbacchio's hand got reattached by Bruno - you could see zipper marks on his hand. He did that just like he attached that druggie's arm to his torso in the 2nd episode.

"There's a fridge to cool you down" Unfortunately, that's not going to help. While keeping the door open would offer cool air momentarily, a refrigerator needs electrical power to work. Meaning there is power dissipation in the form of heat (because no system is 100% efficient). Which, if that room is reasonably insulated (thermally), means that the room will eventually heat up due to the fridge having to work extra hard to keep its inside cool. Thermodynamics are a bitch.
