Once you uploaded something, the file will be labeled with a hash code and once that hash is labeled as violating the rules of platform you account would be watched. That is the sad fact about the cloud drives. Dropbox and MediaFire should be good for now, but you may want to considering share it through magnet link or something similar like resilio sync.

MediaFire and Dropbox. It's so good. I see many artists using it. they don't delete your files on their own (at least for now). Google Drive the best. It's completely personalized. And they don't mind compressed files with passwords. The files are your own. holy fast loading speed. Nextcloud. com - I would recommend it. This has good security and many creators have used it as a general Archive. yes, I don't see the file being censored or deleted. anyway Archive has its secure password.

其实可以用百度网盘，双重加密就行，或者试试磁力链接？反正把压缩包再压缩一次然后两层压缩包都设密码基本上都能用了

I've seen others use Dropbox too but the nature of the content is several levels stronger.

MediaFire is highly recommend, you really can't go wrong with it. Plus MediaFire features a statistic of how many downloads a file has gotten which is nice to see
