She knew, he was manipuiated , though she didnt know how. His mind was already too much gone (there was no way to save him) and he in the last moment sober up a bit to say good bye to her. She still blames herself for that, which is normal for a non psychopath :) Other than that Luke, again Oriana is not a city, but a whole country

Luke, since it is in season 1 (ep19) you probably don't remember the details. But Rose tried to kill Perv Asshat and the later used the king as a shield/hat to save his ass. 😉 Also, the Shadow Garden numbers are only soldiers under the command of the 7 Shades and do not have much interaction with Shadow as Cid. We saw in EP9 that 664 and 665 were just next to him having breakfast without realizing that it was their boss. The only once that are aware of his identity are 559 (the girl that tried to kill Rose) and the girls under Gamma.
