Also, jokes aside, I don't think the lesson to take from this anime is "grils like horny weirdos" xD They like Issei because he's an honest man that is true to himself, extremely loyal to his loved one(s), hardworking and displays genuine interest for his partner(s). If being horny is his only major flaw, you'd be surprised at the amount of real people that'd be into him. You just need to get to know him ^^

But it turned out that Vali just wanted to have control over Fenrir, one of the most powerful beings in existence, that only obeyed his father Loki. That is, until they used the Excalibur of Ruling to make the Apocalypse Wolf submit to the White Dragon

Vali's team are part of the Chaos Brigade but you remember Vali is a battle maniac, constantly seeking to be the strongest. While the rest of the Chaos Brigade want to to conquer, he just wants to fight strong beings, he has no real allegiance to them. His team is made up of incredibly strong people who follow him. Fenrir being one of the strongest beings in existence was something Vali just selfishly wanted on his team, so he betrayed Loki even though he had allied with the Chaos Brigade for a bit. Also Akeno is best girl. xD

i had forgotten there were more tender parts of dxd. There was always the super "do gooder" part of issei but there is a bit more to the character than stuck with me. Plus koneko goes full "nya" mode :D :D Puurfect :D

This is where the bad change to plot start. Issei is not allowed to wield Mjolnir because it require the user to be pure of heart. They skip that part and one of issei power that is to receive a call with tits. Akeno tits become the "phone" for the goddess of tits that lend issei her strength to wield the hammer.
