Pls don’t skip this opening… It will be one of the best parts of JoJo! Don’t insult Josuke’s hair!!! Poor Rohan-Reigen sensei, thought he deserved that beating… It’s also Geto/Tapioka from Demon Slayer/Farlord El Nix - the blondie emperor who became a vasal to Ainz/Suzaku/and many other great guys which you don’t know

I completely understand thinking that was Josuke, I'd say 70% of people who watched the episode thought the same thing, It's a very contested part of the story. However, the school jacket doesn't have any of the accessories that Josuke has, so it's likely just a delinquent with a heart of gold and a fancy pompadour.
