S3 ending is anime original, this upset the creator and so new studio for season 4, this isn’t an issue for Symphogear which is all anime original and should be the next Patreon anime.

Having rewatched this season now, I forgot how much I hated the changes made from the light novel, the rush of the early season and cutting out the rating game against Sona to this absolute travesty of last 3 episodes. Say what you want about the art style change in season 4 but the story was absolutely on point compared to this. It’s such a shame as they could have really done great things with this season in the underworld.

man that was a let down for the boob song introduction. I was hyping myself up for it :D :D I thought that was a season 4 thing and they stuffed it in a end credit sequence..... ah well still a weird ass twist singing about boobs to kindegartners :D :D

Nice ed for the season right? Anyway, forget all about it because the last 3 ep were anime original and they shit on the light novel. From Issei going berserk they made everything up. When you watch season 4 you will start with ep 0, which returns to Issei going berserk and shows what truly happened in the source material. And trust me, forget everything about the last arc because it has no coherence whatsoever and kinda spoils something that happens in the next season.

Also important Luke, here in the US at least season 4 is the censored version on Crunchyroll (for only the sub version for some reason), but that means you might need to take some time to find or get the uncensored version before you start recording the new season.
