people has been saying this already but I hope you know that last episode, the studio has modified the source material a bit (you will see a retconned version of episode 9 as episode 0 of S4) and hope you know that starting from this episode until the end of S3 are anime original and it's the biggest reason why S4 has a different studio, due to author being angry about this and going for a different studio

Ophis is recruiting various powers to help her take down Great Red, and in return, she grants them power to achieve whatever goals they have. This is why they aren’t really organized.
