The September happy mail is done :D the theme is journaling ✨
I was thinking about some of my friends who have started their fall term of school and found a stationery/supplies theme fitting for this time of the year!
A little into the creation process… part of the way, I lost my vision for the theme and it was hard for me to find my flow. My idea for the journaling sticker sheet was to make it “kitschy” and creative, but I found that it was hard to force the randomness of kitschy vibes. I wanted to share this because for me sometimes creative juices don’t always flow when I sit down to draw 😅🥲 if you’ve been here before, you are truly not alone 🫶🏻
Knowing the drawing process, I am happy with how the theme turned out and hope that you all like it 🥰 cause I’m curious, what are your must-haves if you journal?

I started out with a Kaweco Perkeo specifically and it’s really nice! Yoseka Stationary and JetPens are two nice shops I recommend to find one you like!

i love how lots of people are mentioning the sarasa pens!! those are my absolute favorites. i keep a bunch of them on my desk in lots of colors, they write so well and aren't spotty! thank you for sharing hitomi <3 and fountain pens are so fascinating to look at, all the inks too~ i went to a local pen show recently and i was tempted to get into them! :0

thank you ju! <3 omg a good highlighter is a must. i love that they have a lot of muted colored highlighters so it doesn't take too much away from the writing/color theme than usual neon highlighters would. I LOVE SARASA pens!!! the fine tip ones are my go-tos for everything! :D

thank you lily!! yess i love seeing how other people use washi tape when journaling... if i'm honest, i have a hard time incorporating washi into my journal spreads and would love how you and others use them! and i couldn't agree more, the small filler stickers like sparkles really makes things come together ✨

I love this theme so so much! My must have for journaling are definitely stickers and washi tape! I especially love tiny deco stickers like stars and sparkles and little flowers :>

omg so cute! i love how everyone's journaling must haves have overlapping too ❣️ mine is for sure a cute color palette of pens and highlighters -- my most used pens are the sarasa 0.3's, there are so many good color options ♡(> ਊ <)♡

So cute!!! I think this months vinyl sticker is my favorite ever! When it comes to the shop I’m going to have to buy so many 😂🩷 I always decorate my daily journal entries with tons of stickers and washi but I’ve recently gotten into fountain pens! I have a kaweco right now that I really like!
