Gold will always get the .var file for every image or video I produce. That is the benefit of the tier. I am not making scenes for Gold tier, they are only getting the bi product of me creating media. Gold tier .var files and Silver tier scenes are completely different things. I don't make scenes for Gold tier. I could just delete the saved scenes that I use in the production of making images and videos since I don't need them anymore like I used to do, but people requested them so I go through the effort of packaging and making them available Silver tier is the actual scene tier. I make actual scenes that have interactivity and various options. Please do not confuse the two.
Because the last 9 scenes have been gold only with one silver

Why do you think that? I made scenes for silver tier last month and I plan on making some more this month. Gold tier only gets my working files like they always have since July, I am not making scenes exclusive to it.
so are only gold tier getting scenes and var flies from now on instead of silver?
