I am Norwegian, sometimes it runs faster and to make it synced try to set the video to 0.95 speed. If it runs slower, set the video to 1.05 speed. Hope it helps! 💕

The reason that we get a new defense against the dark arts teacher in every book/movie is that Voldemort put a curse on the position when he was unable to become the professor in 1971, so something happens to each DATDA professor after a year of teaching. So by the time harry gets to Hogwarts, there have been 20 different DATDA teachers since 1971 (The books are set between 1991 and 1999, briefly 2018). It's also never really explained in the movie so I feel ok saying it here, The reason Harry has to return to the dursley's every year is the whole "Power of love" thing with his mom's sacrifice. If he doesn't spend the majority of the summer in the same house with blood relatives, the spell wears off. He can be protected at hogwarts (from voldemort directly anyway) but in the regular world he's vulnerable.
