it was generally recommended to Astoria that she sleep on her side as her pregnancy progressed.
Back sleeping puts a lot of weight on her organs.
Side sleeping though, poses some of its own unique issues.
the babies wills settle back into their previous positions now that Story is up and about, but for now her wobbly waddle is a little more pronounced.

They just have separate amniotic sacs, the uterine lining isn't visible in the cutaway view.

Does Astoria has two wombs ? As your drawn each baby like it is surrnded by a womb and not sharing an single womb.
