1.25b Release (Full OP09)

NEW FEATURES:
- There are now 6 different lobby rules (+Nationals, +Korean).
- An 'Attach All Don' button has been added
- The Deck Editor now has a loading bar and is preparing for some upgrades
NEW CARDS:
- All OP09 cards should now be in!
FIXES:
✅ One more issues where the multiplayer Timer could speed up has been fixed
✅ Disconnecting after a loss will no longer show both the Win and Loss UIs
✅ Rematching after a 'Cancelled' match will no longer give both players the turn order options at the same time
✅ On-Attack actions that KO character should no longer freeze the game in some circumstances (ie Sugar)
✅ Deploying a character over a character currently in-combat should now correctly end combat
✅ Customize Images UI should now work with .jpg card files
✅ Eastern Lobbies created where the second character is 'W' or 'U' should no longer use the wrong rule checking for the opponent
✅ OP03-102 Sanji should once again require a Life to use his effect
✅ OP04-083 Sabo's effect now lasts until turn start and not turn end
✅ OP06-042 Reiju should now activate more reliably
✅ OP06-093 Perona's Trash effect should properly check the current number of cards in the opponent's hand if they've trashed cards after the effect activated
✅ OP06-102 Kamakiri can now Bottom-deck a Stage without a KO target
✅ OP08-040 Atmos now requires Whitebeard Pirates leader
✅ OP08-101 Charlotte Angel used multiple times in a turn should now restore multiple Life
✅ OP08-105 Bonney should no longer cycle when she is KO'd by a Trigger
✅ OP09-034 Perona is now a 1 Cost
✅ OP09-037 Lim can no longer search 'Lim' cards
✅ ST12-015 Patty & Carne are now correctly 'East Blue' type instead of Strawhat
✅ P-046 Yamato can no longer use his action when your Hand is empty

I've been having terrible luck with getting my sim to work this month. At first I'd try to load into games only to be hit with the some services couldnt be initialized message. Now after uninstalling and reinstalling over and over again, it just gives me a blank white screen when I try and load the app. Can you please help me out? I have a regional to get ready for

That's a great idea - can definitely look into having it change to a sort of 'custom' format each update

Thank you as always! I wondered if going forward the spot that's occupied by Nationals in this version could become used for the next pending Western Format? Sometimes Eastern lines up ok, but like right now there's no way to test 8.5 without fending with 9 decks too.
