That's the correct file. If your anti-virus is setting it off tell it to make that file an exception, it happens once in a while with file extensions it may not recognize.

Assuming you downloaded it to your android device, locate in you file browser of choice and try to open it. It will then try to install, tell you it's from an unknown source (ie not Google), and you may need to go in your settings and say its cool to install apps from unknown places. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9aikSC5rw8
