Hello Inferno Icon, Juri's "black tapes" are actually part of her skin texture. It's more like body paint than an outfit piece. So it unfortunately can't be removed or swapped.

Not really a different costume but any way you can make SF6 Juri body tape a removable layer it would look cool if it was part of the costume that you can put on other characters but also it looks weird when she's naked but tape is still there
