My Tinnitus! and Update my Condition (2 March 2025)

I apologize for not working on a new project for so long, even though I promised to start in February. My condition is really bad right now, but at least I need to force myself to do it. Updates about my condition have not improved and have complications. I have done a medical check up, only found several problems that seem to be still hiding behind my body. I can list my condition problems from head to toe,
tension headache,
tinnitus in the right ear (but not bothering anymore),
clicking sound in the left ear when I move my jaw and stiffness in the left neck,
floaters and starburst effect on light in my eyes,
my nose is narrowing and my nasal bone is crooked,
sleep disturbance (always wake up in the middle of the night repeatedly) with my whole body wet,
in the middle of my chest like something is pressing on it (but rarely) and my throat feels like there is phlegm stuck.
my back is stiff especially in the lower back
I was diagnosed with testicular varicocele and a little pain,
difficulty getting an erection and being aroused,
sometimes I have difficulty urinating,
and strangely the corpus spongiosum has shifted to the right (not straight normally),
my right hip joint is a little sore and spreads to my right leg (if I walk too long my leg starts to hurt).
there is a tingling sensation in the palms of my hands and the tips of my feet
from blood and urine tests, I found a positive total bilirubin level and creatinine 1.10, and some things that I don't understand yet.
my condition really drains my energy and costs, even making me frustrated to visit more than one specialist doctor, to handle my problem.

my health update.
Hi everyone, sorry if I will convey this to all of you. I have been suffering from tinnitus since November 15, it tortures me, like hell without stopping, 24-hour ringing sound I receive through my right ear, morning, afternoon, night. I can't sleep, it makes me crazy, I feel like I'm going to die. This takes not only my physical fatigue, but also disturbs my mental health..
I have tried to visit ENT many times and get treatment, at first I thought it would not work. But, thank god! in the last few days, the ringing in my ears has started to feel less and better, but not perfect. I can start to sleep, although not really soundly. I tried dieting, avoiding sugary, spicy, salty foods for a month, also doing traditional massage therapy.
Later, I plan to focus on other alternative treatments to recover completely, such as acupuncture and traditional medicine outside the city which is believed to cure tinnitus. I plan to travel for my health, so the content may be a little delayed. But, if I can make time, I will try my best for you.

Girl. Get an MRI. You may have MS. Or likely another autoimmune. I've got MS and it has a myriad of symptoms, but generally speaking, if you have a boatload of symptoms, it's likely an autoimmune disorder.

I have the same so i understand you. Its been years now. At first was annoying, still is sometimes, but in time i got used to it to the point of ignoring it and learned to live with it. I went to the doctor first but he told me there was nothing they can do. If you have trouble sleeping try listening to something that helps you sleep. In my case i put a documentary, Galaxy, dinosaurs or history; those do the trick.

Ich habe 3 seit mehreren Jahren. Am Anfang bin ich krank geworden, mir schmerzte die ganze Gesichtshälfte. Langsam wurde es besser und er wurde leiser. Gemessen wurden sie am Anfang von Hals Nasen Ohren Arzt mit 80 Dezibel. Habe zu der Zeit sehr viel geweint. Als ich ihn akzeptiert hatte wurde er nach ca. 2 Wochen leiser. Stress lässt ihn lauter werden. Jetzt ist er erträglich geworden, aber seit Jahren sind alle 3 24/7 da.///I've had 3 for several years. In the beginning I got sick, the whole half of my face hurt. Slowly it got better and he became quieter. They were measured at 80 decibels at the beginning of the ear, nose and throat doctor. I cried a lot at the time. When I accepted it, it became quieter after about 2 weeks. Stress makes him get louder. Now it has become bearable, but for years all 3 have been there 24/7.

I have the same issue, the only way i can sleep is to literally tire myself out, doing as much as i can in the day and i just feel too tired and just fall asleep, but its torture as you say. Don't worry about us though, your doing these amazing sims in your freetime, we benefit from you, get yourself the help you need, im sure no one in your community will mind.
