Some were confused by the half-closed eyes in Ashley's imagination, and I can't believe I have to explain this:
Everyone in fantasies like this are bored.
At least, I think that's the reason for that look. Maybe they're trying to look attractive somehow? That doesn't make sense. They MUST be bored.

I have no idea how not-Ashley is saying that one thing she is saying in panel three.
Honestly, I don't want to think about it too much, because I'm not sure what I might conclude.
Part of me wants to say it's not actually any different, but it just seems different.

I figured it was the "bedroom eyes" or "sultry expression", not "half-open". Gods, is it really just "squinting, but make it sexy & relaxed"? Stuff you don't think about.

I assume "bedroom eyes" are deemed attractive because the most popular time for sex is, ironically, the time of day when you have the least energy.
