Me too. (With the size of the ensemble cast, and the fact that we're only getting a page every other day, I sometimes have trouble even when they're not switched around. At some point I may go back and read a bunch of it over again, which hopefully will help.) I like the idea of people being switched around and all the playing with that in general, and the Elliott-and-Ashley storyline of dealing with that was particularly nice, but mostly I just get confused. To be clear, I also very much like the large ensemble cast, even if I have a bit of trouble remembering people.

To be honest, when people are switched around, I start finding it really confusing and hard to keep track of who's who.
