My intent may well for that to be hair, and not actual cat ears, but that's not going to stop me from having Catalina emote with them.
VIP as in "Very Important Person", which is an acronym that tends to get applied to people who receive special treatment in some way, be it because they serve an important function, or are just a fancy pants famous person or something.
