Commentary
I originally planned... Well, not the exact opposite of this. I'm not sure I even want to contemplate what exactly that would be. What I had originally planned, however, was intense looks culminating in simple adorable hand holding.
Then I realized the success of such an approach would hinge on my ability to draw hand holding of adequate quality, possibly while zooming in on it.
My fantabulous comic making vehicle of wonderment immediately stopped in its tracks and shifted direction.
Honestly, I'm not sure which version I would ultimately prefer. The grass might always be greener on the path not driven over by convoluted machinery.
All I know for certain is that there was less close up drawing of hands this way, and I choose to take comfort in that.

Well, that escalated quickly. And adorably. :) I have to say, Rhoda taking hold of Catalina's hair and back while Catalina goes for the classic two-arm full-body grasp was a perfect way to do this. There's a lot of passion in that kiss.
