That's right, Sarah! Unlike me, who had good reasons for everything in this story in which nothing was gratuitous.

The way I see it, if you can't be gratuitous and self-indulgent in your own art, really, where can you? :) And usually, when EGS gets blatantly self-indulgent (like this entire storyline) is when the comic's the most fun.

Personally, I was wondering if Diane was after a bimbo stick. As in, you whack someone with it and they become affected by the bimbo transformation. Somewhat like the opposite of the <a href="http://comic.nodwick.com/?comic=2012-01-18" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Clue-by-Four.</a>
