I hope you're all doing well! It's time for another exciting update, and we’ve packed this one with a lot of new content and improvements for both our Java Edition and Bedrock Edition texture packs. Here’s a detailed look at what’s coming your way:
New Addons and Features
Frosted Glass Addons:
We’re introducing 2 new frosted glass addons that will be available for both the Java and Bedrock editions. These new textures will bring a unique, frosty look to your glass blocks, enhancing your builds with a touch of elegance.
Enhanced Lighting Addon For Bedrock RTX Texture Pack:
We’re excited to introduce a new addon that enhances the way light behaves in the game and improves environmental visual effects, similar to the BetterRTX shader. Please note, do not use this addon if you are already using the Better RTX Shader.
New Realistic Textures:
We're adding a range of realistic textures to enhance your Minecraft world:
Campfire and Soul Campfire, Mycelium, Suspicious Sand and Gravel, Decorative Pots and Pottery, Jukebox, Sculk Blocks, watermelon.
Enhanced and Improved Existing Textures
Ore Textures:
We’ve recreated the textures for all ores, making them much easier to distinguish from one another. Additionally, we’ve included a new addon for glowing ores, which will make mining adventures even more exciting and visually appealing.
Other Textures Enhancements:
Several existing block textures have been enhanced for a better visual experience:
Bone Block, Soul Sand, Soul Soil, Gravel
These improvements will add more detail and realism to your Minecraft builds.
Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements
Java Edition 1024x Texture Pack:
We’ve fixed several bugs and made performance enhancements specifically for the Java edition 1024x texture pack. These optimizations should result in smoother gameplay and a better overall experience.

Make sure you have Optifine installed. Ensure that connected textures are set to Fancy and alternative blocks is turned ON.

I'm running the java addition, and i dont seem to be getting that? is there a list of specific graphics settings that are needed/best shaders for it to run on?

It has already been implemented in the Java Edition, where sand and grass overlay on other blocks next to them. However, it does not seem to be possible in the Bedrock Edition.

I was wondering - would there be any way to add a ‘spill’ effect for blocks like gravel/sand/dirt? Where a few bits of that texture sits on the block next to it and makes it look far less blocky?
