A surprising number of people are. Mostly the people who aren't being assholes, or whos rage has that "pathetic rage" effect where being angry doesn't give them a buff to Intimidate checks, to use a nerdy metaphor. (Not to be confused with 'impotent rage' which is different, although the two frequently overlap)
