I imagine the school's main focus is transformations and that the uniforms are fair game both in and out of class. ...Dangit, now I'm imagining Ellen and Nanase just after getting hit with a 'super skimpy uniform' spell trying to preserve their modesty while also trying to sneak a peak at the other's sudden lack of modesty without getting caught.
