Sorry, but that part is conjugated correctly; the subject of those phrases is "who". The problem with "challenges" is that subject is "I", not "Greg", so it should be "challenge".

Changing tense might help. "am" for "is" and "have" for "has".

The grammar in that sentence is all sorts of odd. Suggested change: I, Greg--who is only twenty and has never been your older teacher in this reality--challenge you! Using only commas to separate the sections makes my head hurt trying to figure out how to fix it.
