It genuinely seems like she must have said something along the lines of "I dare you to do this exact thing", and then Charlotte did the thing?
I'm also not sure if that wand is Kevin. I mean, logically, it shouldn't be Kevin, but this is probably non-canon? Kevin can go a lot of places in non-canonville.

There's a definite sense of weight there. I don't think the belly is unrealistic - I've definitely seen people with similar ones.
