You can't make anyone do just anything you want, but if they're even slightly on the fence about it, you can PROBABLY convince them, because DANG! That's a NICE HAT!Granted, it doesn't entirely add up. I'm not 100% sure how wearing a sexy outfit helps you convince a sentient computer to do your bidding, but such is the way of Charisma.
