Compromise: Stop growing Sarah when the top of her head reaches to top of Justin, then shrink the guys until the tops of their heads would be at Sarah's before height, all clothing remaining unchanged.

There are a couple of ways to interpret "protrude" here, but I did draw particular items of clothing low and roomy enough to house such things in a way consistent with what's shown. It is true that there are different standards in regard to bulges vs breasts (which I put to a poll on Twitter once that made it rather clear that the former is regarded as relatively more problematic to include in something like EGS). That said, what I'd LIKE to draw and what I DO draw for various reasons don't always overlap on a Venn diagram.
