I mean, yes, it's Rhoda as some manner of mischievous sorceress, and yes, there appears to be a desk with some small silhouettes that may well be people shrunken and/or transformed to varying degrees, and yes, Rhoda's not that tall and we're looking at her at an upward angle, but STILL!
Anyone's guess.

It was the bangs that threw me. I knew *someone* had bangs like that, but Nanase's hairstyle has changed quite a few times, so I wasn't thinking of her.

Nanase is correct. They're all women Rhoda has personal connections with (Nanase the least interactions with, but she's still quite fond of her)
