Yeah but every other change I've seen has been of a character in the background, never one who's camera focus (besides Grace of course)
Latency
The irony of all of this is that I feel if they went up to Grace and were like "Hey can you transform for us?" She might just do it :P
It's Dan breaking the 4th wall. There is not supposed to be any sort of in-comic explanation for these changes.

That sort of thing has occurred elsewhere in this storyline, but I am not sure who is supposed to be changing other people's clothes. One of the immortals, maybe, laughing at Grace's change blindness?
