You shouldn't need a guide. Just download the link above, unzip or extract, and run Ikemen_Go.exe. In the future spamming comments like this is unacceptable. Do not do this again.

I'm not the best person for this but since no one is responding: You have to >download and install Mugen first then >download Crushing Force then >unzip it. If you're JUST adding characters, then you drop the unzipped characters folder(s) into the "chars" folder in the preexisting game files. Next time, one comment should help you get a better response lol.
