Scaling doesnt work like that unfortunately. I'd recommend starting with the full size and scaling down to 60 instead.

can the keychain version be sized down to 60% of it's original size just like the normal ones or only 10% reduction since it's at 70% of the normal size?

That happens a lot to me whenever I try to print articulated things due to the connectors between each piece of the animal/object. I ignore it.

This just made me think of something: what about a koi dragon? In Chinese and Japanese folklore, carp can become dragons by swimming upstream and making jumps into certain places. This butterfly dragon gives me big koi/carp vibes, and might not take too much modification - Lunar New Year is coming up (and if not for this year, maybe next year) and it would be a really fun dragon to add to the family!
