Hi Cinders!
Finally this month's Cinder-style Dragon is being released!
Introducing the Pumpkin Wyvern!
This is a completely NEW body style that has some really fun features!
First, the fan wings print entirely in place! - no pop ins. All the fan style wings in the past have been pop-in ball sockets.
Second, these wings have been designed to fully extend and hold their fan out position!
Third, there is a notch that the wing rod can sit up into and hold an upright appearance.
Fourth, being a wyvern, there are no front legs, but also newly designed back legs.
Fifth, The ball-sockets on these wings have been specially re-made to not fall out! The slicer will flag the ball as floating but this is not an issue. There is a small pillar in the socket and below the ball that supports it. When done printing, it simply breaks free and allows for full rotation!
Even with this being a new design style, this dragon still has the same amazing articulation the originals do! This went through A LOT of testing! Not that it was difficult to print, just that we wanted to focus on making the wings stronger along with all the features listed above!
HUGE THANK YOU to the test team for their help testing this dragon! All their feedback with different filaments and settings really helped us narrow down the best version of this model!
AAANNNNNNDDD, because Admin Jazzy is amazing, we are also able to give you a .3MF Color File for multi-color printing!
We have had a ton of designs released this month! I really appreciate your patience for this big one and I hope it was worth the wait!

All my designs are print-in-place and require no supports. All you need is a clean bed and you're off!
Designs are tested between 60%-100% for strength and articulation! I will not release a design that is too fragile at these sizes. All designs go through our Cinder Test Team!
Print Settings: .2 Layer height, 15% infill, gyroid infill, no brim, and no supports. (If there are smaller parts of your print that have a hard time staying stuck to the plate, please try a brim around those parts) Any errors regarding floating regions can be safely ignored.

I have scrolled through (what I believe to be) all of these posts and searched for this model and even though I was a subscriber in Sept, I cannot find the download link for this model.

I'd def consider cleaning your bed and using a brim! It sounds like bed adhesion issues! The wing flaps are skinny!

So they are coming lose about 10 percent they the print or even as soon as the first layer. I have tried on a P1P and elegoo 4 pro on a very old Kobra max and an Ender v2. I have recalibrated the p1p, my primary machine. And still bad. Changed sd cards I have run everything and I can’t print this file. I love your stuff and have never had an issue like this.

Printed at 80% and I love him ! Wings are so so much better like this than the pop ins which I find are loose. These have held absolutely fine.

I'm having the same issue. Was going to comment it last night but I thought I'd let my pc rest. Started it up today and only comes out one color.

I had to open bambu first then open the stl in bambu to get it working <3

As the one who painted it I can confirm it was painted in Bambu Studio 1.9.7.52 which should be the latest version based off whats on github. I'd really recommend just restarting the program and even the PC.

It was painted in the most recent version of Bambu Studio, so I'm not sure why it would be having issues!

I'm sorry but I'm really not sure y'all, most folks aren't having issue with the 3mf, The colors not loading in is almost always a slicer issue but it's not one I know how to fix. I'd recommend restarting the program and your computer

I have currant version of Bambu and having same problem, but only with dragon and snail

so I tried to load the color snail and the color dragon and only shows one color and says I have a lower version of bambu studio and to update it, I have the latest version. So I uploaded a design from a previous day and it loaded fine...hmmm

Cute. I printed it at 60% with pla silk and the wings got stuck and I ended up snapping them off trying to move them. Any ideas on how I can fix this

As long as you are using Bambu Studio or Prusa it should load in just fine!
