Hello Lyn, sometimes when downloading CC, if the internet is unstable, CC may be broken during downloading, so please re-download all required CC and install them to your Mod folder again. Enter the game and try to see if the problem has been solved. Thank you!

Hello ruby, i have problem :( I have installed this house without any problem and I have saved the game with this house, but when I entered the game again I got the following message: the game could not be loaded. error code 111:ea9d6856:1375464d. This error is caused by the cc of the house, by uninstalling all the cc, my game has been fixed. Is there any solution so that this house works for me without errors? my game version is 1.109.185.1030 could you give me any solution?

Hi yes I have I don't know if its because I updated I downloaded sims Mod Manager all items are there? Its always me lol

Also, when you download the tray files, there is a folder named: Ruby Red CC, contains 110 exclusive CC for the lot. You need to put all of them in your mod folder. I will send the house and all the cc you need to your inbox. Please check your inbox later. Thank you!

Most of my cc isn't showing up 1084 items were removed I manually went in to check for the pieces & they not among my cc items I have put it in my mods folder because some items are showing but I can't find most things :C

Hi, I know that sometimes the CC may corrupt during downloading. Usually, you just need to download the file again and overwrite the old files should fix the issue. I am glad it worked! ^^

Thank you! This is the oddest thing I've seen. The cc from the main package gitches but what you sent me seems to work just fine. Had to be an issue on my end. Thank you again!

Hi there! I absolutely adore this build and your CC. I could not wait to move my sims in. Thank you!!! I did run into an oddity which could be on my end and was not able to play with my Sims in the house - I would get an error code that the file could not be opened. I could build and place. going through the CC I needed to pull 'RUBYRED - 2024 Study Room - desk with shelves.package' not sure if I had a conflict with something else in my CC and wanted to post in case others may be having an issue.
