Hello, please make sure you have placed all the tray files in your tray folder. Please do not sort the tray files in sub-folder. Only place them in root folder. No problem. Please follow the steps here: Please unzip the Zip / RAR files: 1. All my cc in package format needs to place in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods . 2. All the free CC I used by other creators needs to place in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods . 3. All house files need to be placed in the Sims 4 Tray folder: Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray 4.Once you have placed them there, click "include custom content" in Advanced Section of the gallery. You should be able to find the Lots in your personal Gallery in the game. 5. Turn on bb.moveobjects before placing the lot. 6. Enjoy! ♡
