The glowing eyes with the smile make her a bit more ominous then cheery. Pre-Regen flashback is right. That's a really good Mel flustered with herself. As to the monsters, their skins are probably too detailed to calculate motion well. These are entertaining though. Thinking back to Celeste flaming staff and sand storms.😁
