What’s good guys we are back with another reaction, Thor Ragnarok, This movie brought in another change and evolution for Thor, and I have to admit seeing personal growth in an character is always a pleasure to watch, a few new introductions of characters one being the amazing Hela, and valkyrie, who are both amazing additions, Plus its really good to see the introduction of new female leads/characters in the MCU, I think you’ll see that Monica and I also really enjoyed the humour in this movie, so many little comedic gems/one liners (still not as funny for me as guardians of the galaxy “Drax” has my vote) in terms of laughter, but overall a really good movie, alsoo loved The contest of champions scene AMAZING!!

After you finish these movies you should Defo watch the Lord Of The Rings and the Hobbit Trilogys, but if you do please watch them in release order and watch the extended editions as there much better

Hulk could talk more in this movie because he's been in hulk mode 2 yrs and had a chance to develop over those yrs without interruption from banner....its like a baby being born and as time goes on their brain senses speech ECT develops

Yeah, in the film universe, Thor's power comes from within. It's not derived from anything or anyone. This movie was more or less about him finding and unlocking that power. He's just a beast by nature.

I’m sure someone with better comics knowledge will correct me if I’m wrong (I was more into X-Men comics than Avengers) but as far as the MCU goes, Thor doesn’t draw his power from Asgard so his skills won’t diminish now that Asgard is rubble. It seems to me the writers gave Hela an extra boost that would give her the upper hand so the stakes were high and also to allow for events moving forward (there may also be a comic storyline from more recent time that this movie drew upon but I stopped avid comic reading in the 90s): 😀

Agreed and true. But the physical strength that I think Monica was referring to and that I assume Rico thought of as it is in the timeline of the films was someone else.
