Okayyyy soo Im actually glad awe had this episode for a while I was wondering if Sokka was going to have any training like this, for soo much of this series he has been there for the gang, and it was really nice to see an episode dedicated to him, not being able to bend elements and having such strong characters around you must take its toil on you after a while, so I'm glad that they expressed it, great episode, and its nice to know he will have some new skills for the war!!

I can't wait for 5 and 6 today, game changers for the Avatar series going forward :) This was really a good episode, seeing Sokka get a power up and that black sword was just freaking cool! Seeing Iroh fool the guards and get yoked was satisfying as well! Master Piandao recognizing Sokka's humility was really great to see; he probably gets dozens of students who claim they are the best and get destroyed in a duel instantly, so it was a breath of fresh air.
