This almost made the cutting floor but I figured why not post it. You may enjoy it. Some of my highest viewed pictures on deviant art were ones that I thought sucked. Shows me what I know... I like it very much, but since you asked for critique, I would say this. You could have stopped the posing at the pose you show above and let the girl do some more biceps pumps and let her smile.

Posing is a rather unnatural movement so I wouldn’t slight your self for correctly representing that
